Project Specialist Associate

We are looking for a Project Specialist Associate to join our US Digital Power team with experience in supporting finance and procurement functions, coordinating project tasks and deliverables, and working with globally dispersed teams. We are looking for a highly organized resource with solid experience in managing a variety of tasks and working under compressed timelines. The ideal PSA will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Specialists and Project Managers by providing accurate financial reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the management of small projects. What you will do:

  • Support preparation of and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports (ie: Allocation / Controllable Expenses, Forecasting, Budgeting)
  • Collaborate with Project Specialists to analyze financial data and uncover trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the team and provide high-quality and responsive services through frequent communication and quick resolution of issues.
  • Communicate project updates and insights to internal stakeholders and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and manage project-related documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Digital Power policies and procedures to simplify and drive efficiency.
  • Support Project Managers on Digital Power technical and non-technical projects
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the team and provide high quality and responsive services through frequent communication and quick resolution of issues
  • Work with Project Managers to effectively deliver projects in a quality manner while supporting PM tasks such as meeting facilitation, status reporting, and individual task management
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Able to create and maintain process-focused, project related documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Digital Power policies and procedures to simplify and drive efficiency
  • Support preparation of and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports (ie: Allocation / Controllable Expenses, Forecasting, Budgeting)
  • Support processing of invoices and onboarding of customers for Digital Power including troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure timely processing and payments

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a team environment, project delivery environment and/or finance, procurement, or related function
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, data analysis, and formula creation.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English with team members of all levels.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and project management software is a plus.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficient at communication in written and oral form
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Financial or procurement management systems knowledge (Ie; Oracle, SAP) is a plus
