The EX (Employee Experience) team is inclusive of multiple teams that work collaboratively to improve the work experiences of employees and managers across their entire life cycle at Assurant. Employee Experience Intern

EX Intern will be responsible for several tasks that helps the Sr. Employee Experience Analyst.

Requirements

• Knowledge of excel, pivot tables, other data analyzation uses
• Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, ability to create/deploy surveys via forms
• Data analytics skill set: Root cause analysis, able to analyze large set data and surface insights
• High level of curiosity

Job Tasks

• Assist with Microsoft forms survey deployment
• Data collection as a result of deployed forms surveys
• Forms survey maintenance
• Assist with survey data analyzation
• Assist with documenting process & create process map (not necessarily vizio) Create shared file system
• Maintain shared folders/documents
