A day in the life
- Partnering closely with Design, you support the Accessories Designers to create and complete accurate technical packages and supporting documentation following the GTM calendar.
- You attend fit sessions for your assigned styles and accurately communicate and update the tech specs, representing the Designer’s vision.
- You have a keen eye for detail and create and adhere to clear standards that can be shared cross-functionally to ensure consistency of details across each product class.
- You work cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Raw Materials, Quality and Merchandising to understand accountabilities and requirements and to find functional solves for each of your products.
- Alongside PD you are responsible for keeping track of each development and it’s progress to ensuring your teams have the most up to date product information when required and that gates and deliverables are kept ‘on-time and in-full’.
- You have razor sharp attention to detail around both product and process adhering to strict timelines and calendar dates to deliver exceptional work, on-time
Qualifications
- 4+ years minimum industry experience is required.
- BA, BFA or BS in Design required (or equivalent).
- Expert knowledge of knitted product, hard-goods and softgoods construction, patterning, textiles, trims, sewing techniques and technology applications.
- Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, Mac platform.
- An understanding of 3D CAD design would be a plus.
- Knowledge of product creation calendar timeline and able to work against tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail and process management.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $96,800-127,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
