This position has the primary responsibility to contribute to the Worldwide Medical Affairs strategy and tactics in the assigned indications/assets within the Myeloid disease area. Represent WW Medical Affairs in cross functional interactions with other global functions (cross-functional teams incl. HEOR, Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Project leadership, etc.), providing support to countries within the assigned scope.
The position will contribute to the global strategy while co-leading the launch implementation and roll-over of new indications in key countries from a Medical Affairs perspective.
This position may lead to substantial travel time including medical affairs strategy meetings, educational meetings, advisory boards, individual KOL meetings, EU and US congresses, among others.

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
