Job Description: Manager Data Scientist - AI

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and Manager Data Scientist with minimum 8 Years of experience in Marketing analytics to lead our AI team and drive the strategic direction of AI initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions to solve real world analytics problems in various domains in marketing analytics. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in AI leadership, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and systems. Additionally, expertise in AI technologies and experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and systems will be valuable in this role. Minimum 8 Years of experience in Data Science and Machine learning. Excellent leadership skills with at least 2-3 years of people management OR technical architecture experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership on initiatives, guiding the team in designing and implementing marketing analytics solutions.
  • Lead the design and architecture of systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy marketing analytics solutions using cloud services including AWS, Azure etc. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define project goals, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data Science / AI techniques, such as LLMs, and evaluate their potential applications in solving enterprise challenges.
  • Implement and optimize end-to-end pipelines for projects, ensuring seamless data processing and model deployment.
  • Collaborate with domain experts, stakeholders, and clients to understand specific business requirements and tailor generative AI solutions accordingly.
  • Establish evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess the quality, coherence, and relevance of generative AI outputs for enterprise industry use cases.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned data scientist with at least 8 years of experience in the omnichannel marketing space developing analytical dashboards, solutions and strategy across digital marketing platforms and social ecosystems in consulting, advertising industries.
  • Experience of establishing and understanding of KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics data, measurement, methodologies, and industry standards including digital marketing analytics, Web Analytics, Social Media Analytics, SEO, paid media analytics, Mobile marketing analytics, website performance optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis etc. 
  • Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data from various sources such as CRM systems, web analytics, social media platforms, and market research to extract actionable insights by leveraging tools like Google/Adobe Analytics etc. 
  • Use data insights to optimize marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media, to improve ROI and performance.
  • Expertise in using data analysis tools (eg, SQL, Excel, Python, R) along with advance analytics methods including Market Mix modelling, and knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects and teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
