Join our team! Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Marketer, Account Based Marketing (ABM). In this role, you will be responsible for building marketing campaigns that engage and accelerate the sales pipeline of specific, targeted accounts and contacts. 

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a creative, customer-first mindset that prioritizes creating best-in-class customer experiences. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs that deliver superior experiences for the customer.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Marketer, Campaign Activation ABM, you will: 

  • Support the development and implementation of an ABM strategy to support account-based selling. 
  • Partner with internal teams to execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Creatively problem-solve as needed to ensure smooth and timely program execution.
  • Own tasks and deliverables (big and small) needed to develop and implement marketing programs. 
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ABM best practices to drive innovation in your campaigns. 
  • Orchestrate the development of integrated channel initiatives and tactics including paid digital, paid social, nurture, email and events. 
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. 
  • Measure and report on the performance of ABM campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements. 
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing on time. 
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs. 

About You

You’re a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in the ABM space or demand generation for cloud-based software and/or business service providers. 
  • Creative, customer-first mindset that prioritizes creating memorable experiences for our customer base. 
  • Self-starter that can motivate and drive collaboration across teams. 
  • Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization – including working closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to succeed and grow. 
  • Skilled at learning and leveraging new tools, processes, and systems (e.g. 6Sense, Workfront, and Anaplan). 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
