Corporate Assistant intern, Capital Markets (Luxembourg)

The Capital Markets Europe team provides our institutional clients with a comprehensive range of specialist debt and capital markets administration services. 

As an intern, you will work closely with the legal and corporate relationship mangers and senior management to provide administrative support for capital market transactions. Some of the things you will be doing: 

• Assisting in the set-up and incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s).
• Compliance tasks including filing RBE forms, preparing registers of members and directors.
• Data entry in internal database and external client databases
• Completing KYC processes and preparing documents including company structure charts.
• Gaining familiarity with a diverse range of capital markets structures and products.
• Liaising with colleagues across Europe, Asia and US.
• Managing post and couriers.
• Meet and greet clients and manage meeting logistics (including virtually via Teams).

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

• Currently studying law, business or economics 
• Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2023
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly demeanour.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
