The Opportunity 

Do you dream in process documents but spend your waking hours building relationships and implementing technology projects? Workhuman is currently looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to manage new transformational technology initiatives! If you are a experienced project manager who has the skills to manage large projects against scope and have agility to adjust as business needs changes we have a fantastic opportunity to be part of new technology implementations. 

What we can offer you 

• You will have the opportunity to work with project stakeholders across go to market functions. 
• You will build, maintain, prioritize, and adjust timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing projects. 
• Partner with technology consultants to implement large transformation CRM initiatives. 
• You will lead consistency in operations from project input through production. 

The Skills you will bring 

• Ability to communicate and advise across technical and non-technical teams at all management levels. 
• Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative 
• A confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, problem solving, and leading data-driven decisions. 
• Experience managing large scale initiatives and managing initiative aligns with proposed timeline, budget and scope. 

Achievements 

• PMP certification 
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Master of project management tools (Workfront/Asana) to create meaningful data that helps drive business decisions 
• Experience working consultants and managing key deliverables for customer 
• Knowledge of CRM Systems and how to communicate across development functions 
• High degree of experience with large technical CRM projects and migrations.
