ohnson County Wastewater is looking for qualified individuals to work as an Environmental Technologist I in the Water Quality Laboratory. This person will join a team of dedicated professionals performing environmental analysis and water quality monitoring. The laboratory monitors the performance and regulatory compliance of several wastewater treatment plants, industrial pretreatment, and stormwater programs in a NELAP accredited facility.
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science and one year of related experience are required. A valid driver's license and good driving record are also required.
Education can substitute for experience. Experience can substitute for education.
