The Team

The Program Team works with a global set of OEM Manufacturers to certify their devices and ensure they are SOTI-ready.

The OEMs make handheld devices or hardware that is used by organizations around the world. This hardware/device may be a smart printer or scanner used in a warehouse facility or it could be a tablet on a plane that provides passengers with in-flight entertainment options. What they have in common is that they are managed by SOTI software. Our clients, whether retail operations or airlines, expect these devices to be compliant with SOTI software.

Working with the OEMs and SOTI’s internal technical experts, the Program Team coordinates the onboarding of the OEM manufacturers. The team interviews OEMs and briefs them on the certification process, provides high-level technical guidance, arranges for devices to be shipped for testing, facilitates meetings with SOTI technical experts and verifies the completion of the hardware certification. Lastly, the Program Team forges partnerships with the OEMs to ensure they have the relevant support from SOTI to succeed in the long run.

  • Provide responsive communications across multiple time zones with the ability to work outside traditional office hours when required.
