About the Role

Motivate agents sell CS business, including EB and IVS, to meet and exceed sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Activities Management

  • Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business
  • Work closely with IVS team to convert EB business to IVS
  • Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
  • Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
  • Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
  • Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable

Financial Management

  • Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met

People Management

  • Provide coaching and training to support staff

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 6-8 years working experience, preferably with insurance companies
  • Good product knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to manage a project/event independently
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Tactful interpersonal relationship
  • Good presentation and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Preferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensed
  • You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
