We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Webinar & Digital Events Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing set up and production of webinars for the global performance marketing team. This includes setting up the event in Zoom across multiple time zones, setting up and hosting dry runs, coordinating with speakers, moderating the event, and moving the event to On-demand. You will also be expected to generate ideas to drive attendee registration and maximize audience engagement. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Brand team to bring our digital events to the next level. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert on all things digital events and be a close confidant to the global performance campaign’s team and field marketing teams. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ideas to create more interesting and exciting digital events and webinars. 
  • Host and moderate multiple webinars per month, and manage the set up of live events across multiple time zones and transition to On-Demand. 
  • Provide feedback and results to stakeholders with ideas on optimization strategies. 
  • Collaborate with Brand to create more dynamic and creative production of digital events. 

Qualifications: 

  • Charismatic and outgoing personality, willing to be a dynamic host on large-scale external webinars 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or performance marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B 
  • This candidate should have a strong desire to learn more about marketing automation, marketing best practices, and webinar marketing 
  • Be organized and well-planned 
  • A strong sense of curiosity and drive to question the status quo 
  • A quick learner with a sense of independence and ownership of area of expertise 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. 

Minimum Salary: $72,000.00

Maximum Salary:$110,400.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $72,000.00 and $110,400.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
