We advise our customers to set the direction and data driven transformation focus areas. We support them in creating data strategy, designing overall IT landscape architecture and assessing and developing data related capabilities. 

We are looking for Generative AI Specialists who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Generative AI Specialist you will:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and requirements, identifying opportunities for leveraging Gen AI technologies towards their demands.
• Design and implement end-to-end Gen AI solutions, including data collection, pre-processing, model training, deployment, and conceptualizing the entire solution view from sourcing data to governance.
• Experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques and technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate Gen AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, collaborating with international project teams.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of Gen AI applications, providing ongoing support and refactoring as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, research advancements, and regulatory developments in AI and machine learning, while customizing and fixing possible issues and collaborating with data engineering teams for data needs.
• Define model development best practices, create POVs on emerging AI trends, drive proposal responses, help solve complex analytics problems, and strategize end-to-end implementation frameworks and methodologies.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong foundational skills in SQL and programming are valued, with an emphasis on providing opportunities for growth and development in GenAI technologies.
• While prior experience in cloud technologies, programming, or application development tools is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for success in this role.
• Transitioning into our Data and AI team offers a supportive environment for individuals with a basic understanding of databases and popular cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• An open mindset towards agile methodologies and a willingness to embrace a growth mindset are key attributes we look for.
• Good analytical and communication skills, along with a customer-oriented approach, are highly valued.
• We encourage candidates to bring their diverse backgrounds and experiences, as we believe in fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success in the exciting field of GenAI.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
