Job Description

Infosys is seeking a EPM Techno-functional lead who will be driving a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders and apply their functional and technical proficiency in Account Reconciliation area. Lead should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle Hyperion Cloud SAAS platform- FCCS and/or Accounting Reconciliation Cloud. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- FCCS and/or ARC implementations. Need experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. Deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during all types of testing and support activities related to implementation. Should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support. The candidate should have experience supporting FCCS and/or ARC solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred OR Chartered Accountant/CPA with technical expertise.
• 6-8 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products.
• 2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing latest versions of Oracle’s Cloud EPM suite of products preferably FCCS and/or ARC.
• Strong functional understanding of Financial Consolidation and close as well as Statutory Reporting
• Support and enhancements experience with already implemented EPM FCCS and/or solution
• Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design
• Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
• Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore
• Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and Demos, run pilots to showcase EPM products
• Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
• Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.)
• Building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports
• Involved in 1-2 implementations of FCCS and FCCS Close Manager.
• Configuration of various attributes in ARCS: Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging Profiles.
• Experience in developing Business Rules, Metadata Set Up and Consolidation and Translations Rules.
• Experience in building Data forms ,Reports and SmartView reports
• Experience in building FCCS Close manager module.
• Experience in integration of Data Sources and Connectivity with other cloud products.
• Good understanding of Disclosure Reporting and loading Supplemental data.
• Developed and used EPM Automate scripts.
• Good Experience in SmartView in ARCS.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge on various SDLC lifecycles and change governance.
• Designing Custom Reports in BIP for ARCS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish and English Written and spoken proficiency
• End to end FCCS and/or ARCS implementation experience with requirements gathering, design, solution build, testing, cut-over
• Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP’s/architecture discussions
• Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
• Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
