We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Life Science & Healthcare Team. Help our customers succeed on their path to innovation while generating new ideas and opportunities to drive Clarivate sales and retention. If you have a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences business culture and the drive and develop productive sales strategies we would love to hear from you! 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in a sales capacity

It would be great if you also had . . . 

• Knowledge of the Life Sciences
• Experience in the U.S. & Canadian pharmaceutical and medical devices industries
• Knowledge of software/information solutions into the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors
• Degree (BSc.) or equivalent, in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology related sciences, Life or Medical Sciences.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

About the Team 

This role will work as part of a team of Account Managers within our Life Sciences & Healthcare segment. We approach our work with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and skill. 

Hours of Work 

Continental U.S. & Canadian Core business hours.
