Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to work in the Backoffice team supporting our Front-line Customer service colleagues. You will be part of our Northern Europe Region team and be handling tickets in our CRM system and utilizing SAP for order-related tasks. Whether you bring some experience from customer service or you are a candidate eager to learn and advance within a global, corporate setting, this is an exciting opportunity to excel in delivering consistently high-quality service.
The position is located in Riga and it is a maternity cover lasting until spring, 2026.
As our new customer service specialist your key responsibilities will be:
The ideal candidate has experience working with Customer Service, Call Center or Contact Center or with similar tasks in a sales and distribution or logistics context. We expect you to master MS Office tools and to be fluent in English.
If you have experience and/or knowledge about below it is an advantage:
On a more personal note, we are looking for a service-oriented person with excellent communication skills. You have great attention to detail and good problem solving and time management skills.
