Job Description:

• Lead the execution of the quality assurance strategies and goals
• Ensure company’s product quality meet or exceed customer’s expectations. Improving the culture on commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reviews customer satisfaction score cards and satisfaction level through analyzing complaints and general feedbacks Operation leaders.
• Establish and implement Outgoing Quality and out-of-box audit plan to buy-off products prior to shipment.
• Establish new target for outgoing to ensure continual improvement in quality – analyze data and identify improvement to reduce DPPM / CCPK.
• Coordinate quality failures and drive for root cause analysis and problem-solving real time for effective corrective actions and implementation to prevent recurrences.
• Track quality performance and publish report weekly and drive the quality level to meet yearly objective/goals.
• Handling of non-conforming products - coordinate all on hold activities ensure no escapee to customer during quality crises/issues and line purge. Work with production/Engineering for effective evaluation of non-NC product to ensure appropriate disposition.
• Work closely with SQE on improving supplier quality performance which align to customer requirements.
• Work with Global Quality System group to review and develop quality policy, documentation and procedures.
• Coach and mentor highly dynamic team members for career development and succession planning
• Develop and lead an organizational culture that promotes PACE behaviors that lead to operation and organizational excellence.
• Embrace and promote PACE values through high level of leadership.
