Core Purpose:

This role will be integrated into the Digital Marketing team to assist in delivering digital campaigns, lead management and programs. The team’s work is highly visible through many digital channels, such as web-asset management, e-mail, and social media, It is also integral to improving and analyzing the organizations visibility, access, and engagement with our target audience, through digital channels such as SEO, contact management, behavioral/website analytics, paid advertising, etc. This work supports the greater organization in communicating with different audiences. While taking part in digital production, this role provides the opportunity for invaluable hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology, such as Sprout Social, HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager and Analytics, Adobe Captivate as well as other enterprise applications. There will also be plenty of opportunity to learn the inner workings of a modern in-house marketing agency and establish long-lasting professional relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Digital Asset Management (organization, meta fields, processing, etc.)
• Curate and catalog content, including localized content
• Support Content management updates
• Design/Develop workflows and activities with marketing automation
• Support team members in accomplishing larger projects, as needed
• Support social promotions for products and assets across all platforms/regions for all sites (entegris.com, life sciences, poco materials)
• Analyze performance of assets, campaigns, and other programs
• Continuous innovation activities, such as SEO, site optimizations, etc.
• Lead management support, review, research, and update contacts records

You're a good fit if you have:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong English language writing, verbal, and editing skills
• Knowledge of structured content standards (Metadata, Tagging)
• Knowledge of a wide variety of asset types, including images, text, audio and visual content
• Independent, self-starter that can adapt to Agile Scrum
• Data collection and analysis experience
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets
• Great sense of humor
