What you’ll do
- Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair enterprise-class, multi-channel communications equipment, systems, and applications.
- Directly impact the reliability standards of the communications systems by following industry-standard best practices and procedures.
- Work closely with the business teams to develop long-term communications solutions that address current and future business needs.
- Work occasional off-hours for systems upgrades and installations and be part of the on-call rotation to support 24x7 production systems.
Why we will love you
- Telephony-specific education, experience, and technical certifications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related field or industry.
- Experience with advanced voice networking, routing, systems, applications, and services.
- Voice router IOS and hardware support experience.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware and operating systems in a virtual architecture.
- Database query skills preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as CSS, HTML, Python preferred.
