Team Description
We're looking for a driven individual to join our strategic pursuits team, focusing on North Asia and South East Asia, and reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Pursuits. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background and a proven track record of customer acquisition and retention.
This role presents a unique opportunity to shape Sabre's presence in critical markets, leading value-driven sales and fostering client relationships with the premier customers in the region. Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must Have Skills:
Proven track record in strategic pursuits or business development, preferably in technology solutions or consulting roles with client-facing responsibilities. Extensive experience to manage, negotiate, execute large complex deals, with proven track record in new commercial sales, selling or promoting technology value solutions. Exceptional proposal preparation and presentation skills, adept at communicating complex solutions effectively. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in financial deal modeling. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. MBA degree or equivalent advanced degree. Fluency in English and Mandarin languages.
Nice to Have Skills:
In-depth understanding of the travel industry, particularly the role of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in travel agency operations. Knowledge of North Asia and South East Asia travel markets. Familiarity with Miller Heiman Sales Methodology.
