• Ddevelop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with the procedures and policies
• Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management.
• Proceed monthly closing
• Lead all forecasting process (monthly forecast, budget, MTP, …)
• Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency
• Ensure reliability of hourly rates of R&D
• Provide all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis, R&D Site budgetary control, projects and programs monitoring
• Collaborate with Project team, obtaining/providing/validating proper information;
• Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information;
• Control and manage the site’s operating cash flow related Projects (capex, working capital);
• Provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors;
• Act as a business partner toward the project team, and provide recommendation to the management;
• Push STR hours record, make sure project R&D team declaration no less 98%
• Follow up R&D/tooling invoice in time, push proto billing invoice and follow up un-invoice billing;
• Overdue payment tracking/pushing the front office to act
• Propose, to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis in order to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding costs, workload,…)
• Identify and optimize external subsidies relative to research activities
• Follow finance impact of action plans/-30(cost reduction plan)
• Provide support on other Controlling activities and other Departments
