As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Product Intern to join our Product Management team for Summer 2024. Cadent Interns will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a virtual environment by working directly with our teams, not for them. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and have some technical experience. 

This Intern will spend the Summer on an individual project customized to their specific skill-set which they’ll present to our Tech Leadership team at the end of the program. Details of the projects and timeline will be laid out by supervisors at the beginning of the program. 

Responsibilities

The Product Intern will be responsible for fulfilling tasks set out by the Product leadership team, including but not limited to: 

  • Attend Product Team and Scrum Team meetings 
  • Perform market/competitive research 
  • Assist with user documentation and building presentation materials 
  • Document business workflows, data flows and end-user flows for new features 
  • Provide administrative support to the Product/AMO team as needed 
  • Provide data analytics and other data-centric support 
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements and feature requests, and effectively communicate product functionality and timelines.

Qualifications

Our ideal A-Players will be: 

  • A rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field at a college or university 
  • Proficient in coding from previous technical experience 
  • Confident and proficient using SQL and Microsoft Excel 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn from a rapidly growing company 
  • Confident to take initiative and collaborate with teammates 
  • Able to commit to a full-time (35-40 hours per week) work schedule between June 11, 2024 and August 16, 2024. 

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
