Are you a people-person? Like talking on the phone? Then you may be the perfect candidate for our call center as a client support agent. We schedule customers for furniture assembly right out of our headquarters in Tampa, FL, and we're hiring immediately!

Important Information

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Customer Calls
  • Create Work Orders
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Process Credit Card Payments

Requirements:

  • Softs Skills
  • Strong Listening & Communication Skills
  • Full-time hours (9am to 6 pm with occasional evenings and Saturday once per month)
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Office 365, Google Sheets
  • Must Be Able to Multi-Task
  • Strong at Resolving Customer Issues
