We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Agreement to Cash team, who will be responsible for carrying out invoicing for all customers, ensuring its completeness and transmitting invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain/clients' systems.
- Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
- Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed.
- Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox).
- Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.
What You Will Bring Into The Role
- Advanced level of English & Hungarian , both oral and written.
- Experience in a billing or accounting department is desirable.
- Ability to prioritize work within the team.
- Strong attention to detail, rigorous.
- Good knowledge of the Office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs.
