Process Partner in Process Management

Become a Process Partner to business & development functions. We are looking for a skilled professional, who can engage with high level stakeholders, consult and advice these on all process matters, as well as drive and facilitate change and initiatives towards a specific process area. The position as a Process Partner is in the central Process Management team within Business Controls & Product Management unit in Danske Bank.

The overarching goal for our team is to support the Business Process Owners and Managers on all process-related matters for the processes owned in the three business units Personal Customers, Business Customers, and Large Corporates & Institutions. We drive mandatory tasks for the Process Owner, maintain their processes and offer a range of services with regards to process development and optimization. We collaborate with partner teams to mitigate unwanted risks and improve process standards. Our responsibility is to ensure that the business processes in each of our areas are mapped, compliant, risk managed and on the longer term that they are optimized, controlled, and performing.

The team. We are a strong and dedicated international team located in Denmark and Lithuania, with various backgrounds and with broad experience within Business Process Management. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

This position can be located either in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania. If the position is based in Lithuania monthly salary range will be from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:

  • Become a single point of contact to the process work in the respective area
  • Drive the process agenda, including mandatory tasks and initiatives agreed upon with Process Owners/Managers, and create a solid decision foundation
  • Build domain knowledge and become a trusted partner for the leadership team of the area
  • Ensure that the business processes are up-to-date, compliant, and quality assured
  • Work with process pains and improvements from customer remediation cases, risk assessments, audit remarks, and prioritized development initiatives
  • Work with combining business process management and risk management disciplines to reduce operational risk

About you:

  • Experienced in business process management discipline (knowledge of BPMN notation)
  • Experience in process improvement/optimization development
  • Ability to build trusting relationships by collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Curious by nature, willing to challenge the status quo, and prioritize customer needs
  • Able to maintain focus and progress despite multiple simultaneous tasks, taking ownership of your tasks with high motivation and drive
  • Colleagues would describe you as professional and inclusive
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to communicate relevant, clear, and concise information
  • Able to work independently while still contributing to our team
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
