About the Opportunity:

We are looking to add a professional, personable, and passionate individual to our Field Ops/Procurement Team. This position is field-driven and requires someone who loves meeting and interacting with different people and researching and vetting new technologies to use in our facilities daily and weekly. This position will expose you to various IT Technology, Healthcare Information Technology, Project Management, Customer Service, HIPPA, Compliance Rules and Regulations, EHR Systems, Data Center Support, Operations, and IT Procurement. This position will support Orange County and surrounding areas while providing support during acquisitions when needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Associates/Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics/Procurement & Logistics or similar degree. 5+ years of direct hands-on experience with High School Diploma/GED. 
  • Have in-depth knowledge procuring technology-related equipment such as Desktop, Laptops, Monitors, Peripherals, Printers, Copiers, and Medical Equipment.
  • You should know various shipping carriers and shipping methods such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and freight delivery companies.
  • Experience managing small to mid-size storage rooms or warehouses where equipment is stored and configured for deployment.
  • You understand the basic knowledge of troubleshooting and deployment of equipment on a small, medium, and large scale. 
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge using MS Suite, Amazon, CDW, SHI, Dell, and other third-party vendor sites.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors, building relationships, and identifying new and exciting technologies to advance our ecosystem.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS 8.1, 10, and 11
  • Knowledge of mobile device management and configuration tool.

Additional Information:

This full-time/temporary, hourly position will be based in San Juan Capistrano, CA. 

Duration of temporary assignment: 3-5 months

Rate of pay: $20-21/hour DOE; may be eligible for bonus
