Overview

We are seeking a driven and energetic House Accounts Marketing Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with handling house accounts, with an eye towards cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while helping them achieve their marketing objectives.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
  • Regularly liaise with clients for the collection of assets for media programs and to provide them with detailed reports and feedback on their campaigns.
  • Present and explain marketing campaign results, identifying areas of improvement, and demonstrating the value and ROI of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activity including billing information and past-due notifications.
  • Help plan, propose, and implement media campaigns in line with client marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and facilitate fulfillment of media programs
  • Act as a liaison between the clients and internal teams, including sales, editorial, creative, and operations.
  • Identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities that generate additional revenue while accomplishing client needs

Skills for Success:

  • Excellent understanding of the digital media landscape and marketing strategies.
  • Professional presence, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Goal-oriented demeanor.

About You

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing account management role or similar. Agency experience is a plus
