• 8+ years experience in advertising
• Portfolio website with examples of produced work, including TV and digital
• Experience with broadcast production
• Razor sharp written and verbal communication skil
• Impressive command of craft (art direction or copywriting)
• Strong leadership experience within creative department
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
• Responsible, humble leadership

• Complete supervision of his/her accounts or business units
• Lead creative decision making across multiple platforms
