JOB SUMMARY
The RISE Program Coordinator (Student Services Program Administrator) at the UConn Waterbury campus is responsible for the implementation of transition, engagement, recruitment, and supplemental educational programs and activities under the Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions project for traditionally underrepresented students in higher education. Under the Center for Access and Postsecondary Success (CAPS), they will work holistically with RISE (Resilience, Inclusion, Success, and Equity) Scholars to support their matriculation, persistence, and graduation at UConn. They will create and facilitate programming related to academic achievement, career planning, health and wellness, personal development, cultural, and social enrichment. This position reports to the Director for Student Success, Equity, & Inclusion at UConn Waterbury.

This is a full-time, end-dated position with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding.
