WHAT WE OFFER
Main Responsibilities
Startup phase
1. Learn and familiar with (DCS) configuration of the new plant, included PCT equipment set up, wiring, panel function;
2.Assist PCT engineer to eliminate PCT failure ;
3.As technical team member to support unit test run and plant commissioning with start-up team, included with production, HSE and QC, Project and EPC team etc.;
4. Spare parts warehouse management.
Operation phase:
1.Complies with HES policy and department SOP/JHA and ensures that maintenance jobs are, finished under safe conditions, to achieve company safety target.
2.Responsible for carry out daily maintenance order and trouble shooting of PCT equipment, for e.g. E&I equipment, DCS and PLC equipment, works out maintenance records and improvement suggestion and reports to maintenance supervisor.
3. Carries out patrols and reports any abnormal findings to maintenance supervisor.
4. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule.
5. Responsible for improve 5S of assigned area.
6. Implement 5S or nearmiss improvement actions.
7. Have awareness of cost saving, implement management requirement of spare parts.
8. Completes related corrective maintenance jobs during shift time
9. Use and maintain all tools in a proper condition
Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
Minimum Base Line:
1.Over 8 years’ experience on plant maintenance & reliability in plastic, chemical or petrochemical industry.
2.Good at trouble shooting of plant E&I or PCT equipment.
3. Electrician card is mandatory.
4.Willing to work in shift work and the Spring Festival
Added value:
1.Welding card, forklift drive card, high voltage operation card
2. Familiar with the maintenance of PLCs, DCS system.
3.Good safety awareness and habit.
Excellent
1. Maintenance experience on extrusion equipment
2. Good at trouble shooting of mechanical equipment.
