Rapyd is looking for a representative to join our Issuing Processing team. The representative will mainly work on evening and weekend shifts, with the possibility of daytime shifts during this summer. This is a great opportunity to work with a great team on challenging and exciting projects. 

Main responsibilities

• Emergency service to cardholders
• Resolution of queries from banks and partners.
• Fraud Monitoring 
• Other various tasks
• Previous experience in a customer facing role or education in related field
• Experience in the payment industry is an advantage
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined work methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
