Qualifications:
- Knowledge of all casino game rules and regulations.
- PC experience required.
- Previous quantifiable casino management experience required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Casino management experience preferred.
- Ability to budget Table Games operations.
- Ability to design casino floor.
- Ability to write regulations.
- Strong organizational, planning and supervisory skills.
- Strong Management Skills.
- Strong interview skills.
- Ability to document performance.
License Requirements:
Rhode Island Department of Business Operations Gaming License
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures an exceptional customer experience from games personnel.
- Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction.
- Responsible for overall operation of casino table games in accordance with applicable State regulations, company policies and internal controls.
- Responsible for selection, training, and conduct of casino table games personnel.
- Responsible for proper staffing and scheduling of casino games personnel.
- Acts as liaison with Directors from other departments.
- Acts as chief gaming compliance officer.
- Ensures integrity of games.
- Responsible for protecting gaming equipment and company assets.
- Ability to develop significant customer relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Reading, writing, complex arithmetic, mathematics, finger dexterity, good vision, speaking, hearing, sitting, walking, standing, use of keyboard, use of telephone, working under time pressure and working rapidly for long periods.
Working Conditions:
- Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors
- Noise, smoke, and odors
