The Business Infrastructure (BI) Organization within RTX BBN Technologies is seeking a full-time End User Support intern to help support functional and engineering staff at BBN’s Cambridge location. Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation. The person in this position will need to maintain other IT assets, prepare equipment for reuse or disposal, and other IT systems support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop support and will be able to work independently with moderate to limited oversight. They will be configuring laptops and desktops with Windows 10, MacOS, and Linux to meet BBN standards. The End User Services is a fast-paced and nimble group. You should be able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly and effectively. Flexibility and attention to detail essential to this teams’ success.

Desired Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
