AECOM is seeking a motivated, highly talented Asset Management Practice Leader to join our global Asset Advisory practice and grow our NY Metro and northeast regional portfolio of work. Practice Leaders work directly with clients and other stakeholders, as well as AECOM leadership, management, and technical teams to ensure project and program objectives are met. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of working with clients in the asset management, facilities management, owner/operator representative, architectural, and/or engineering fields. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate experience and an interest in managing and delivering high-quality technical programs/projects while establishing and maintaining excellent client relations. This position requires a leadership skillset and the ability to direct, inspire, and mentor staff.
About the Asset Advisory Practice
The position advertised is being filled within the Asset Advisory practice which operates out of the NY Metro region and whose offices are located in NYC. The local practice is part of a larger US East regional practice, and part of an even larger US national and global practice network of asset management professionals. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the US East Regional Practice Leader who also resides in the NY Metro region. The local practice manages several large contracts with NYC agencies, federal entities, corporate and commercial clients, and international organizations. The work spans several areas of the broader asset management discipline, including client and stakeholder consulting and advisory, data capture and analytics, capital planning advisory, asset/facility management strategic planning, and the development of technical regulations and business processes. The Asset Advisory practice is part of the AECOM Buildings + Places business line.
