Program Development:

• Design, implement, and manage quality programs to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality initiatives into various business processes.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance product/service quality. · Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize data-driven insights to assess and report on the effectiveness of quality programs. - Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve overall quality metrics. · Audits and Compliance: - Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. · Training and Development: - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness. · Risk Management: - Identify potential risks to quality and work proactively to mitigate them. - Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard product/service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on program development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
