In this role you will lead growth initiatives across Money products in order to boost business KPIs, shaping our processes and strategy within the organization.
The product is built with the newest technologies, at the heart of QuickBooks.
As part of the work you will collaborate closely with other teams and be part of world class platform, at high scale.

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful products
- Minimum 7 years of Hands-On experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and think strategically
- A passionate approach to work with a desire to push boundaries
- Strong “can-do” approach, creativity and learning mindset
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Req’s
- Learn the company’s strategy, familiar with the data systems and infrastructure we use.
- Ability to onboard quickly to a new code base and develop our experiences in a contribution process with other engineering teams.
- Understanding of rapid experimentation process - work in quick cycles (develop and approve within 1-3 sprints).
- Time management and people driven - have good communication and relationship skills to progress our projects and meet the deadlines while depending on other teams.
- Open minded and creative - growth team try new approaches and sometimes challenge the current flows. Creative thinking is a key to finding the shortest and responsible way to test our hypothesis.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders cross-globe, including customers.

Responsibilities
- Successful delivery of high-quality software.
- Build new in-product experiences in existing products in contribution, run as an experiment and productize it if it wins Production support involved with monitoring production systems and remediating issues.
- Discover new opportunities for a growth team to scale in the long term and implement in our team’s strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with various Intuit groups and products.
- Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team. Collaborate with other engineers to share best practices and knowledge of emerging technologies
- Perform and participate in peer code reviews
