Equifax is looking for a creative and strategic Sales Enablement Lead to join the Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) Product Marketing team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive enablement programs aimed at enhancing the performance and success of our sales, marketing, and partner teams within EDS. This role involves leading initiatives related to onboarding, ongoing training, and support in product knowledge, processes, tools, and policies within the organization. This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence at our Boise, ID location.

What you’ll do

  • Provide sales training, coaching and mentoring to the company’s salesforce, sales leaders and other employees in the revenue function
  • Assess and diagnose sales knowledge gaps and recommend practical, timely and effective solutions and training needs to close those gaps
  • Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate sales training programs to ensure objectives are met - this includes product/vertical/market level training, sales methodologies, software/tool training and new revenue employee onboarding Select suitable instructional delivery methods and training aids
  • Oversee and manage the strategy and execution of content on the sales enablement website and SPOT (or equivalent platform) for EDS
  • Perform assessments to ensure sales professionals and leaders are assimilating and applying new knowledge and skills. Provide immediate and direct feedback to improve performance
  • Communicate and partner with sales leadership to understand development needs based on seller performance levels and business initiatives
  • Share selling skills recommendations and tools to enable the sales force to best utilize available resources

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years direct experience in a sales, marketing, project management or educational training/enablement related role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and establish relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, methodologies, tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with cross functional teams, under tight deadlines

  • Experience and working knowledge of MEDDPICC, ADSM, Solution Selling, Value Selling and similar sales frameworks and methodologies
