• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all logistics operations
• Proficiency in utilizing logistics management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Fluent in English
