Sales Support Consultant (m/f/d) IDEXX (IT)

As a Sales Support Consultant, you will be supporting the field team, creating and coordinating offers, and be responsible for customer data and sales-relevant information in the SAP system.

In This Role

• You support the field team in the preparation of tender documents and documentation.
• You create and coordinate offers for new and existing customers in the Italian region. In addition, the needs assessment, costing, the implementation of price negotiations and preparation and follow-up of offers / contracts are among your tasks.
• As an interface to the field service, you communicate with central departments.
• You take care of customer data and sales-relevant information in the SAP system, thus creating the basis for your sales success.
• You take care of archiving the relevant information for examination purposes.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector (or similar).
• You have relevant work experience in commercials or sales.
• First-hand experience in the tendering process is desirable.
• You are familiar with the MS Office package.
• Knowledge and experience of SAP are an advantage.
• You have rhetorical skills as well as very good knowledge of English and Italian.
• You have a positive mindset and love new challenges.
• Ability to work reliably under pressure.
• You attach great importance to the details.
• Self-employment, initiative and quick comprehension complete your profile.
• You are adept at dealing with pressure, have flexibility and have an eye for detail. These traits you can showcase from previous working experiences.
• You are an effective communicator and have strong negotiating and organizational skills that will set you up for success in this job.
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams.
• You have a high level of accuracy and the ability to work effectively and independently.
• You are a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
• You have the ability to deal with changing priorities and challenges.
• You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
• You possess high ethical standards and a positive attitude.
