Facilities Lead
As a vital member of our team reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you'll be at the forefront of strategic planning and operational management for our esteemed National QBE & Elders Insurance Property Portfolio. Your role will involve orchestrating a symphony of facilities management services, ensuring seamless delivery across our expansive portfolio. From optimizing space utilization to implementing cutting-edge technologies, you'll play a key role in shaping the physical environments that drive our business forward. Additional Responsibilities:

Time management prowess is crucial for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Ideal candidates brings extensive experience in a Facilities/Workplace Management role, including expertise in HVAC, Fire, Electrical, and Hydraulics systems. Corporate environment familiarity, coupled with facilities risk management skills, is valuable. Proficiency in project management and knowledge of outsourced facilities management, Australian Standards, and contractor oversight are advantageous.
