Full Time: salaried position Monday-Friday during business hours with rotating manager-on-duty schedule
PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual rate starting at $65,000

The Director of Compass Programming at Forestdale Park is a key member of the community’s leadership team and reports to the Executive Director. This person is responsible for creating and implementing meaningful, therapeutic programming and an innovative whole-person approach that focuses on a resident’s emotions, strengths, and remaining abilities—not on their disabilities. This person works primarily in our memory care neighborhood, working closely with our assisted living residents.
