Job Responsibilities: 

The HR Intern - Talent, DigitaI & Integration will be responsible for: 

  • Assisting in developing and implementing employees move dashboard to enable monitoring and key metrics reporting for staffing. 
  • Tracking and following up of employees’ letters of assignment and promotions. 
  • Tracking progress of the yearly recruitment plan, providing regular status updates, and supporting with the interview processes when required. 
  • Supporting the Workforce Managers with headcount consolidations in the quarterly forecast reviews 
  • Supporting the implementation of various career development initiatives. 
  • Monitoring the headcount governance implementation & recruiting progress 
  • Developing extensive relationships with key stakeholders to enable good communication and smooth implementation of processes. 
  • Keep abreast of all new Digital & Integration and companywide HR initiatives.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Comfortable working in a team environment as well as autonomously. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented. 
  • English language as a minimum, a second language is beneficial.
