We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join our growing organization in Chicago, IL as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

This individual will manage schedules, help with correspondence, and act as a liaison both in and out of the office. In order to fulfill these tasks successfully, this individual must exhibit strong judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sr. Executives in day-to-day activities, including the coordination and management of meetings and schedules, email management and other general office duties
  • Coordinate executive communications when necessary, including taking calls and interfacing with vendors
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor expenses and prepare required expense reports
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Help to develop presentation and reporting materials
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting and proof-reading of internal and external reports and documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Eight + years of professional experience providing administrative support in a fast paced environment required, with experience providing executive level support
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills
  • Proficiency in working with information and technology systems
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated competence in assessing priorities and managing a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meeting deadlines with attention to detail and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated maturity and judgment

Salary: $90-95k
