We are currently hiring a Consultant within the team. This individual will join a team executing numerous back-office data responsibilities related to Audit confirmations and loan administration operations. The candidate will be trained to perform all relevant tasks and will report to a Business Operations Managing Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous critical thinker and must possess attributes of sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy. The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and have the ability to identify issues, act independently (decision making) and be a team player as well.

The Consultant’s responsibilities will include:

• Monitor of Audit inbox and respond to the client queries.
• Working of syndicated loan processing and related activities
• Process Loan drawdown, rollover, rate fixing for agented portfolio.
• Knowledge of building different types of payment instructions on Loan IQ 
• Send chaser emails to Borrower for outstanding Information Undertakings to ensure reporting requirements are being met.
• Track and report outstanding/overdue financial information to management and TM’s on timely basis
• Manage any ad-hoc tasks and ensure completion within expected TAT.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to understand data flows and process.
• Document filing and financial data management to be executed as per defined process.
• Responsibility for monitoring of audits and loan related activities to ensure completion of all tasks in accordance with KATS policies and procedures.
• Act as a point of reference providing advice and an escalation point audit activities.
• The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who is highly experienced with excellent knowledge of all aspects of loan agency and establishing effective processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance or relevant experience
• 4-7 years of experience in Lending operations and Audit confirmations
• Knowledge in Loan IQ is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and data management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
