As our Total Rewards Lead, you’ll own FullStory’s broad-based compensation and benefits strategies, and you will partner with HRBPs, managers, and recruiters to drive compensation decisions in the day-to-day. You keep up with market trends to ensure FullStory provides a compelling slate of offerings, while also ensuring a positive, and seamless experience for employees navigating our HRIS, benefits administration, and operations.
This role reports to the Head of People Operations, though you will also support executive compensation and equity programs in partnership with our Chief People Officer.
