The team you will be part of

As our new Program Planning Manager, you will work in the very heart of our global digital transformation program team reporting directly to the PMO Lead. You will be responsible for our agile program planning cycle and support in driving forward the development of a global one-of-a-kind digital solution enabling future proof business capabilities supporting our One GN strategy.

You are motivated by taking full ownership of our agile planning cycle and the execution that comes with it across the program. You will be working closely together with all delivery leads and their teams in business and IT.

You excel in bringing structure and a clear direction into complex program management and thrive in managing large stakeholder groups and their expectations. Furthermore, you are adapting and coping to ever changing environments and manage pressure effectively. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will as our new dedicated Program Planning Manager support us in executing our Digital Transformation Program being responsible for

  • Setting the strategic direction and maintaining our agile PI program planning loops working closely together with the internal ACE team
  • Bringing best in class structure into the planning cycle incl. resource planning, budgeting and follow up
  • Aligning all planning efforts across delivery team leads ensuring combined planning when needed fostering alignment, collaboration, and transparent communication
  • Developing, planning, and executing big room planning workshops with delivery leads, and setting up monthly meeting cadence for follow ups on plans/progress
  • Developing reporting metrics measuring delivery progress and performance, leveraging agile metrics and dash boards.
  • Identifying and managing dependencies across delivery teams
  • Maintaining our rolling solution delivery roadmap (18-24 months outlook) together with delivery leads
  • Supporting the financial budget/spend overview for DTP on a monthly basis and run forecasting budget process

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have

  • Several years of proven experience within major Business and/or IT transformation within the area of program and/or portfolio management, or in a management consultancy role
  • Strong project stakeholder management skills enabling you to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams
  • A structured and analytical approach to your work, capable of synthesizing input from multiple sources into a cohesive plan
  • You have excellent communication skills that facilitate clear, concise, and impactful messaging
  • You love working in Powerpoint and Excel – familiarity with ADO is an advantage
  • You are fluent in English both orally and in writing
