About the role

As a Commercial Excellence Manager focusing on sales efficiency and effectiveness, your primary responsibility will be to optimize the sales process and enhance overall performance to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key role accountabilities:

  • Audit Sales Representatives and Sales Managers:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that sales representatives and managers adhere to company guidelines, policies, and objectives
  • Evaluate sales processes, strategies, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Analyse individual and team’ sales performance data to assess effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify key performance indicators and benchmarks to measure success
  • Proposal of Improvement Steps:
  • Develop and propose targeted improvement strategies for sales representatives and sales managers based on audit findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement plans
  • Training and Development:
  • Design and implement with the CEE Training team training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives and managers
  • Feedback and Reporting:
  • Provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and improvement initiatives.

  • INTERNAL: with sales, marketing, finance Managers in country, Category Manager
  • EXTERNAL: with Clients

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in sales management, preferably in the optical or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • BI tools knowledge / understanding
  • Experience in conducting sales audits and assessments
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Fluent English
  • Autonomous and proactive approach

Additional assets:

  • Optical or related industry background
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP
  • Any other CEE languages knowledge
