Job Description:
Design and implement MLOps workflows using Azure Machine Learning pipelines and related services
Develop and automate data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and deployment processes.
Monitor model performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Implement data drift detection and mitigation strategies.
Use Databricks for big data processing and analytics and integrate it with Azure Machine Learning for a seamless MLOps experience.
Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), managing code repositories, and automating the deployment pipeline.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Azure Databricks and understanding of MLOps practices.
Strong experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and model training.
Expertise in Azure DevOps for setting up CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation.
Ability to standardize the MLOps process using standardized templates and best practices to ensure efficient deployment and management of ML models.
Expertise in MLFlow and Azure platform services
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to manage the lifecycle of machine learning models.
Ensure the quality and consistency of machine learning solutions through the application of MLOps practices.
Lead the adoption of common AI standards and best practices within the organization.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the responsible use of AI and data science to solve business challenges.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and DevOps, along with strong communication and leadership skills to drive the standardization and efficiency of the MLOps process.
