About The Job

As the Nordic Service Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading, developing, and securing a high-performing Service Center Organization that aligns with the overall Service strategy and the Alfa Laval culture. Your primary objective is to ensure an excellent customer experience, meet Service market demands, and support growth opportunities within the service markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.
  • Managing and developing capabilities to support the overall Service Center strategy.
  • Standardize and drive continuous improvement within execution and our offerings at our Service Centers
  • Developing, motivating, and coaching direct reports for proper competence development.
  • Identifying, managing, and auditing high-quality sub-suppliers for repairs and reconditioning.
  • Supporting proactive service sales through lead generation in collaboration with sales departments.
  • Ensuring capacity, performance, and good relations for customers outside Alfa Laval Nordic.

What You Know

To succeed in this position, you have a:

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive and interact on both tactical and operational level.
  • Proven experience of driving transformational change and following through on changes with business continuity.
  • Positive people attitude interacting with many stakeholders who need to be motivated to one goal.
  • Experience of leading other leaders in a complex organization.
  • Technical educational background in combination with managerial working experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and either Danish or Swedish language, both verbal and written.

You are based in one of our offices in Sweden or Denmark. Travelling must be expected approximately ~ 120 days per year.
