Job Description:

Serve as the Financial Planning Manager providing support to the Industrial leadership teams and Finance community. Be a Business partner to the G&T Industrial Director and supporting him in the decision making process. Ensure financial integrity for Plants P&L lines, through consolidation of all Plants financial estimate and financial forecasting, regular and one-off analysis, interfacing with accounting and driving reporting continuous improvement. Including validation of opportunities and making recommendations for future actions.

Including:

• Lead Plants Financial key processes (Pacing, Plan, Forecasting, Monthly close)
• Coordinate & Provide insights for Industrial periodic financial performance review and ad hoc analysis
• Ensure Plants financials controls are adequate and compliant with Nexans Finance Manual
• Support the T&O Project community with manufacturing progress insights for Financial planning and analysis
• Simplifying, improving and standardize financial business processes and developing standard tools for Plant financial delivery
• Lead and coach the team of Plant controllers for Halden, Charleston and Futtsu

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or higher degrees in Accounting, Finance or MBA
• Minimum 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years in leadership role
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Advanced leadership skills and ability to interface with senior leaders
